The location was excellent with a metro station right across, making transportation easy. However, the breakfast options were limited and cleanliness in the dining area could be improved.

how could a so-called 4-star hotel mess up so badly? the staff is hardly ever at the reception, and i got a freezing room with dysfunctional heating. on top of that, no one even bothered to offer any complimentary tea or coffee. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but i just couldn’t stand the incompetence.

missingWrote a review on Oct 15modern designconvenient locationpoor cleanliness
Location near major attractions made it easy to explore. The design features in the common areas offer a modern vibe, giving a nice visual appeal as you enter the hotel.
The cleanliness was seriously lacking. spider webs in the corners and stained chairs set a low bar for a supposed four-star establishment. Broken amenities like the shower's soap dispenser and a nonfunctioning safe added to the frustration. Noise from the busy street interfered with sleep, and the breakfast experience felt rushed and messy, with hard rolls and inadequate tools to manage them.

The location was convenient, just a short distance from the city center! The room was modern and clean, brightening up my stay. 😊 I appreciated the helpful staff and the overall vibe of the place.
The breakfast selection could use a bit more variety and the air conditioning was inconsistent during my visit.

It was just a balanced option for a brief weekend stay in Budapest with decent value for money. The staff kindly explained how to navigate to the garage after check-in, which was a huge help. Check the shower pressure before getting settled.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with excellent amenities and is conveniently located with easy access to Metro line 3 right across the street. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were genuinely helpful. Conference facilities are well-equipped with four meeting rooms accommodating events for up to 200 people. Overall, the atmosphere was quiet, making it suitable for business travelers.
Breakfast options were limited, and some mornings the hot food was already gone.
